2013 NCCI Changes to Impact Maryland Businesses By Atlantic/Smith, Cropper & Deeley 10/22/2012 The National Council on Compensation Insurance (NCCI) recently announced a plan to alter the experience rating formula. The primary-excess split point will be increased over a three-year transition period. The potential ramifications of this change will affect a wide variety of Maryland businesses.
