Caregiver Stress - Take care of yourself By Atlantic/Smith, Cropper & Deeley 1/19/2017 A large number of our population will eventually be a caregiver for another person, a parent, a sibling, a sick child. This additional responsibility will end up having a tremendous impact on your life. In our own ASCD family, we have seen the strain that additional care giving responsibility has put on some of our team members. So if you are caring for a loved one, take a minute for yourself. Your loved one needs you strong and happy. Take care of you. Thanks for reading.
